White Tea
Latin name: Camellia Sinensis
White Tea has been used for thousands of years by the chinese, reserved for the most formal tea ceremonies and important guests. It is a rare variety of green tea, made only from the unopened buds of the tea plant, and is said to contain as much as three times the antioxidants as even green tea.
With the added health benefits over many other teas, we think that this refreshing tea will become one of the most popular teas amongst health concious people.
White tea should be served in the same manner as green tea - brewed for approxmiately 1-2 minutes using water that is slightly cooler than boiling.
