green tea and alternative teas
There are many different types of refreshing tea available from the traditional English tea, Rooibos tea (or redbush tea), to Indian chai and also green tea. It is simply a question of personal taste as to which tea you choose as your own favourite - as tea lovers we recommend you try as many different flavours as possible and keep an open mind!
Our favourite green tea is the Dragonfly Cup-in-the-Sleeve Green Tea which is a japanese green tea - many other chinese and japanese varieties of green tea are available. Especially favoured is the white tea variety which is even higher in antioxidants than green tea!
Here are a selection of alternative teas available from the Dragonfly tea range, many of which are low caffeine or even caffeine free.
The tea is not currently available to buy online but will be very soon!
